About Thomas Heaphy
I am a print and pattern artist with a broad skill set that ranges from hand-painted and hand-drawn to computer-assisted design. I specialize in original artwork inspired by elements of nature and have a very collaborative approach to my art-making. I have more than a decade of experience in the fashion industry, at companies such as Banana Republic, The Gap, Calvin Klein, BLK DNM and Raquel Allegra.
I have a background as a fine artist and create commissioned oil paintings for individual patrons. I have also worked as a mural artist under the mentorship of Glenn Palmer-Smith, founder of True Faux Murals and author of "Murals of New York City."
After working professionally in New York City for many years, I recently relocated to Los Angeles.
